ALPIDEX wooden grip strength trainer

Training with the round wooden pole - simple but effective.

Both experienced athletes and beginners benefit here: The free-swinging wooden rod from ALPIDEX offers a variety of options to specifically support your training routine with isolation exercises: When performing pull-ups, different parts of the back and arm muscles are stressed. If, on the other hand, you use your legs for certain exercises, for example by lifting your legs, the abdominal muscles will be focused. In addition, the free swinging of the sticks improves grip strength and body balance in every type of exercise.

A selection of different diameters ensures that you can determine the training intensity individually.

The set is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble: It can be hung up anywhere that there is enough space and a suitable attachment - whether in the house, in the garden or in the climbing gym.

With these flexible wooden handles, you decide where and when you train.
