  • Can I view the goods in a shop?

  • Can I pick up the goods directly?
     Most items that are offered in the online shop www.dein-klettershop.ch can be picked up directly in Reichenbach, at Alte Strasse 53 by appointment and paid for in cash. If you want to pick up the goods personally, please register in writing under theContact section.

  • Which countries do you ship to?
     We normally only deliver within Switzerland and Germany. Deliveries to other countries are possible by arrangement.

  • With which parcel company are the items delivered?
     All items are delivered with the Swiss parcel post.

  • Is it possible to order goods on account?
     It is possible to order on account or to pay in advance, Postfinance or PayPal.

  • Can I pay with WIR?
     No, this is impossible.

  • What happens to my customer data?
    After the contract has been concluded, the personal customer data, such as the customer address, is transmitted to our system and stored there for the purpose of processing the purchase. With the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this transmission. The buyer undertakes to comply with data protection regulations. In particular, the personal customer data stored and processed as part of the execution of the contract will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties. The customer is entitled to revoke this consent at any time and to request deletion.

     The goods are usually delivered within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.

  • Do you also supply resellers?
    no www.dein-klettershop.ch only sells the goods to end customers.

  • How long has your company existed?
     The company Dein Klettershop was founded in 2008 as a sole proprietorship and is entered in the commercial register of Switzerland. Since March 10, 2020, dein-klettershop has been integrated into Plus-Werk GmbH Frutigen. The managing director is Frans Nota.
