Made from durable TPE, the spikes adapt to almost any shoe model. Four of the eight robust and non-slip stainless steel tips are positioned under the heel. The heel spikes are particularly important because when people walk, they put the foot down with the heel first. The remaining four studs are located under the ball of the foot and provide forefoot support. This means that even icy paths can be walked on. The shoe spikes are equally suitable for women's and men's shoes. They are available in sizes S (shoe size 35 to 38), M (shoe size 38 to 40), L (shoe size 41 to 43) and XL (shoe size 44 to 47).
